Additional Information:

• In case the activity gets canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given the option to reschedule the tour or opt for a full refund
• Swimming experience is not required to participate in the activities as the operator provides high-standard safety equipments and experienced instructors to guide you all throughout the water sports
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, PWDs, and people with medical conditions
• This activity is only allowed for guests aged 6-65

How To Use

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
• This voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

Pick Up Information:

• Time: 9:00am-2:00pm
• The operator will contact you and reconfirm your pick up time in advance
• Please be at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure
• The driver will only wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for the pick up and cannot be contacted by the driver after the waiting time, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given
• Free pick up and drop off services are available in Nusa Dua, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, and Jimbaran areas only

Surcharges:

• Additional surcharges will apply if your hotel is outside the stated service areas, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
• Berawa Beach, Uluwatu, Sanur, Denpasar, Pecatu, Balangan, and Ungasan areas: IDR200,000 per car
• Keramas, Seseh Beach, Batu Bolong Beach, and Echo Beach areas: IDR375,000 per car
