This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, PWDs, or people with heart/back problems
In case of inclement weather conditions, only the dolphin watching activity will be canceled and the rest of the activities will continue. The boat fees will be refunded
This tour is not wheelchair and stroller accessible
This tour cannot accommodate dietary restrictions
Please note: This activity has a 90% dolphin sighting success rate, however, as dolphins are wild mammals, sightings cannot be guaranteed. An alternative activity will be arranged for you if the sighting is not successful

Pick Up Information:

Please indicate your hotel name and address at checkout page
Please wait at your hotel lobby 5 minutes before pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure
The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. The next 30 minutes will incur an additional surcharge of IDR50,000 to be paid in cash directly to the driver. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour from the original pick up time, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given
Free pick up and drop off services are only available in the following areas: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud and Sanur
